When officers arrived on scene they found a silver 2021 Honda Civic driven by Jacob Wuthnow, 18, of Manhattan, had crashed with a pedestrian, Isabella Rosario, 18, of Manhattan. Rosario was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries.
