Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 1300 block of Marlatt Ave. in Manhattan on November 3, 2020, at approximately 10:57 a.m. Officers listed a 22-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect broke into his truck and stole a Plano Fish and Tackle backpack, fishing items, hats, and prescription pills and damage the vehicle’s interior.
