Asia Channel Foster, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 5:55 p.m. on Nov. 24, 2025 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a pair of Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of criminal restraint, battery of a law enforcement officer, domestic battery and battery of a health care provider. Channel Foster was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
