Officers filed a report for burglary in the 900 block of Garden Way in Manhattan on November 21, 2023, around 9:39 AM. Officers listed a 55-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took a Sig Sauer P365 9MM and two magazines containing rounds from her vehicle. Arturo Ramirez, 40, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road on November 21, 2023, around 1:01 PM. Ramirez was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for DUI, driving while suspended, and resisting arrest. Ramirez was issued a total bond of $6,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
