Jacob Smith, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 15, 2024, at approximately 2:33 AM at the corner of Laramie and N. 10th Streets. Smith was arrested on the probable cause offenses of flee or attempt to elude an LEO by engaging in reckless driving, DUI, interference with an LEO, possession of marijuana, possession of a stimulant, and leaving the scene of an accident.
