Tiffany Fernandez, 43, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 9:15 a.m. on Oct. 15, 2025 in the 800 block of Colorado Street in Manhattan on a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation. Fernandez was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
