Terriundis Toliver Jr, 19, Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 1:08 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2026 on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation in the 100 block of 4th Street. Tolliver was issued a total bond of $7,500 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
