Officers filed a report for criminal use of a financial card in the 100 block of Harvard Pl. in Manhattan on January 21, 2021, at approximately 1:32 p.m. Officers listed a 65-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect made purchases with his debit card. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $550.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.
