

A local woman finds herself behind bars following an arrest Tuesday afternoon in Manhattan.
RCPD arrested Tiffany Ryals, 32, of Manhattan just after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Walters Drive at Brookfield Residence. Ryals is charged in the case with two counts of battery on law enforcement and single counts of criminal trespassing, use or possession with intent to use drug paraphenlia and interference with law enforcement.
Ryals was booked into the Riley County Jail and remains confined as of this report on a bond of $15,000.
