A Manhattan man was arrested late Monday night on a Riley County District Court warrant connected to an October investigation.
Riley County Police say 31-year-old Manfred Elocka Ngom was taken into custody around 10:23 p.m. Dec. 29. The warrant includes 10 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, along with one count of contributing to child misconduct and one count of furnishing alcohol or cereal malt beverage to a minor. The charges stem from a report filed Oct. 4, 2025.
Elocka Ngom was issued a total bond of $50,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
