A Manhattan man is under investigation for illegal activities online.
The Riley County Police Department says 30-year-old Koltyn Moore was arrested Tuesday evening at Manhattan Town Center on district court warrant for unlawful computer acts and theft by deception. The arrest stems from a Nov. 14 alleged incident.
Moore was issued a $10,000 bond but was no longer confined as of Wednesday morning’s arrest report.
