RCPD arrested a Junction City man overnight Tuesday at The Links apartment complex in Manhattan.
Officers arrested 30-year-old Stephon Calhoun Jr. just before 3 a.m. in the 500 block of Gatlinburg Way on probable cause charges of criminal damage to property with a value less than $1,000, criminal trespassing and intimidation of a witness or victim by preventing them from reporting victimization.
Calhoun was booked into Riley County Jail on a bond of $5,000 and he remains confined at the time of this report.
