Eva Cleary, 20, of Ogden, was arrested on January 24, 2025, at approximately 8:30 AM in the 100 block of N. 4th Street. Cleary was taken into custody under a Riley County District Court warrant on charges of interference with a law enforcement officer and falsely reporting a felony with the intent to obstruct justice.
Her total bond has been set at $6,000, but she was not confined at the time of the report.
