Manhattan High girls’ soccer broke through just in time Monday night, using a late goal to take down Wichita North 1-0 on senior night at Bishop Stadium.
The Indians (5-3-1) were coming off a two-game road swing last week, picking up a 4-1 win over Emporia before falling 5-0 to Bishop Carroll. The split moved Manhattan to seventh place in 6A West, but Monday’s win bumped the Indians up to sixth.
