When Manhattan High football faced off with Derby for the fourth time in two seasons last year, it was a first for head coach Joe Schartz.
On Friday night, it’s a similar story as the No. 2-seeded Indians play host to No. 3-seed Wichita Northwest for the fifth matchup between the familiar foes since 2022.
