As a crisp autumn breeze hits Manhattan Friday night, sending shivers down spines alongside vibrant leaves of crimson, amber and gold — it can only mean one thing.
It’s ring season.
Manhattan High football embraced the term a couple of years ago en route to its 2022 6A state championship. Head coach Joe Schartz brought it back as the Indians wrapped up a perfectly polished 8-0 regular season.
