For once, this isn’t the typical undefeated or one-loss showdown between Manhattan and Derby. Both teams took lumps this fall. Neither looked like a sub-state lock in September.
And yet here they are again — Manhattan and Derby, facing off in the 6A playoffs for the fourth consecutive postseason, right where this rivalry always seems to lead.
