Manhattan High boys’ soccer headed east for the weekend, taking on tough competition in the Kansas City area.

The Indians defeated Blue Valley North 2-1 but were shut out by each Kansas City East and St. Thomas Aquinas.

Manhattan’s record drops to 1-4 in the early stages of the season. The Indians are a young squad aiming to make leaps throughout the season.
