A Pottawatomie County commissioner says some of those criticizing her reimbursement requests are doing so because she wasn’t in favor of preserving the courthouse.
McKee has been under fire for her reimbursement requests from other commissioners and members of the community in recent meetings, with criticism directed at claimed mileage and the purchase of a frappe she bought at McDonald’s.
In an interview with KMAN on Tuesday, McKee said she felt the way others were handling the issue bordered on harassment.
