A Manhattan woman was arrested Thursday in connection with a human trafficking investigation, according to the Riley County Police Department.

Lashenna Renitia Dye, 36, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 4:10 p.m. June 25 in the 1300 block of Marlatt Avenue on one count of human trafficking involving causing or threatening to cause physical injury.

A 25-year-old woman was listed as the victim. Police said the arrest stems from a report originally filed in May 2026.

Dye was issued a total bond of $200,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

The investigation remains ongoing.
