A Manhattan man was arrested Thursday evening on multiple Riley County District Court warrants and additional allegations stemming from an earlier police investigation.
According to the Riley County Police Department, Adrian Tyrone Watson, 56, was arrested around 8:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard.
Watson was arrested on two failure-to-appear warrants and a probation violation warrant. The warrants stem from original charges including violating the Kansas Offender Registration Act, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threat, battery and violating a protection order.
Police also arrested Watson on suspicion of interference with a law enforcement officer, theft and criminal deprivation of property stemming from a report filed in April.
Watson was booked into the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on a total bond of $201,000 and remained confined at the time of the report.
