
A Manhattan man was arrested Friday morning after police alleged he violated court-issued protection orders multiple times.
The Riley County Police Department said officers filed a report just after 8 a.m. July 17 alleging 10 violations of Riley County District Court protection orders.
Joshua Keith Downey, 30, of Manhattan, was arrested at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center in connection with the incident on the listed charges.
Downey was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
