A Manhattan man was arrested in Johnson County for a charge of rape.
Officers arrested 19-year-old Dylan Zeller on Sunday morning just after 10 a.m. on a warrant. Zeller has been charged in this case with one count of aggravated sexual battery and rape on a victim who is physically powerless.
According to Johnson County arrest records, Zeller was later released on $50,000 bond. Riley County did not have any further information on his arrest on Wednesday.
