Officers have arrested a Manhattan man on slew of charges that include perjury and identity theft.
Police arrested Cesilio Martinez Gonzalez at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Monday afternoon at the Riley County Police Department. Officers arrested Martinez Gonzalez on probable cause offenses of interference with law enforcement by falsely reporting a felony with the intent to obstruct, perjury, identity theft, interference with the judicial process and failure to appear.
Total bond in this case has been set at $21,500 and Martinez Gonzalez remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report
