A Manhattan man was arrested early Tuesday morning on a host of charges, including fleeing from police.
According to the Riley County Police Department, 23-year-old Thomas Leggio was charged on probable cause offenses of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, interference, flee or attempt to elude with five or more moving violations and reckless driving, in addition to other traffic offenses. The arrest was made in the 500 block of Rio Hondo Way, in northeast Manhattan.
Bond was set at $5,000, but police say Leggio was not confined as of Tuesday’s arrest report.
