A man was not seriously injured after a Sunday evening accident on I-70 involving a deer.
The accident occurred on I-70 less than a mile east of Deep Creek Road when a 67-year-old Topeka man Todd Harmon was injured after colliding with a deer in his 2022 Kia Soul.
Harmon was transported to Via Christi for a suspected minor injury. He was properly restrained at the time of the crash.
