A Manhattan man was taken to a local hospital on Friday after he drove his car into a concrete building.

Officers responded to the corner of S. Seth Child Road and Farm Bureau Road at 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon to find a man injured after he struck a concrete building in his 2014 GMC Sierra.

Officers report that the man, 42-year-old James Miller of Manhattan, was transported by EMS to Via Christi in Manhattan for a suspected serious injury. He was later transported to Stormont Vail for more advanced care. His status as of Monday is unknown.
