A Chapman, Kansas man is behind bars in the Riley County Jail after being arrested Friday for white-collar crimes committed at Valley Metals recycling center in Junction City.
Armando Garza Gonzalez was arrested at 9:30 a.m. in the 2400 block of S. Milford Lake Rd. on 3 counts each of forgery, theft by deception, and giving false information.
The 42-year-old Gonzalez is being held on a total bond of $12,000 and was still confined in the RCJ as of Saturday.
