A Rose Hill man has been arrested for attempting to flee law enforcement.
30-year-old Cody Adams was arrested just before 1:30 pm at the Riley County Jail for fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement by engaging in reckless driving.
Adams is also charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the 2nd time he’s been charged with such offense, one count of reckless driving, one count of failing to report an accident with an unattended vehicle or property and one count of going the maximum speed limit.
Adams was booked into jail and posted a $10,000 bond.
