A man was seriously injured in an accident that occurred in Manhattan on Wednesday afternoon.

Gary Romanski, 78, of Ogden, had to be airlifted to Stormont Vail for his injuries after he lost control of his 1998 Chevy 1500 and exited the roadway striking a tree at the corner of Scenic Drive and Miller Parkway.

The accident led to the roadway being blocked off for 2 hours. Romanski’s status is unknown at this time.
