A local man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon for violating his probation after he had been previously arrested for domestic battery.
Police arrested 45-year-old Latorris Franklin of Manhattan at approximately 2:30 p.m. at the Riley County District Courthouse for violating his probation. Franklin had been previously arrested on charges of domestic battery and violating a protection order.
Franklin was booked into Riley County Jail and remains confined on a $10,000 at the time of this report.
