A Leonardville man was arrested Thursday after police investigated a reported aggravated assault.
According to the Riley County Police Department, officers responded around 9:10 a.m. to an incident in Leonardville. David Ahlerich, 77, was arrested around 3 p.m. on suspicion of aggravated assault.
A 70-year-old woman was listed as the victim.
Ahlerich was booked into the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on a $5,000 bond and remained confined at the time of the report.
