Kansas State redshirt freshman offensive lineman Camden Beebe announced his medical retirement from football Monday evening on social media.
Beebe, the younger brother of former K-State star and Dallas Cowboys rookie Cooper Beebe, will not get to follow his older brother’s legacy on the offensive line and will instead move to a student coaching role for the Wildcats.
“No matter how hard you work or how badly you want something, sometimes God has other plans,” Beebe said in his post.
