Kansas State women’s soccer bounced back after a rough season-opening loss with a 2-0 win at Portland State Thursday afternoon. The Wildcats used a pair of goals from sophomore Ryann Reynolds to secure the win.
K-State (1-1-0) took the lead in the 43rd minute of the first half. Sophomore Anna Pagano gathered a loose ball around 35 yards away from Portland State’s goal. As she advanced the ball to around 22 yards, she was taken down and K-State was awarded a free kick outside the left post.
