K-State women’s coach Jeff Mittie strongly in favor of NCAA Tournament expansion

When it comes to NCAA Tournament expansion, Kansas State women’s basketball head coach Jeff Mittie believes you can’t have too much of a good thing.

Beginning with the 2026-27 season, the NCAA men’s and women’s basketball tournaments will expand from 68 teams to 76 teams, adding eight at-large berths to the field.
