After a magical run in the Big 12 Tournament in Kansas City that was cut short in the semifinals, Kansas State women’s basketball will get to play at least one more game.

The Wildcats (18-17) were selected to compete in the Women’s Basketball Invitational Tournament (WBIT) Sunday evening, earning a No. 2 seed. This is K-State’s first WBIT bid since the tournament’s inception in 2024.
