The Kansas State men now have two players in the transfer portal following a somewhat surprising entrant, but the Wildcats also got their first portal addition of the offseason.
Junior shooting guard Brendan Hausen will only spend a season in Manhattan, jumping in the portal on Monday, roughly a week after K-State lost its first player to the portal in sophomore forward Macaleab Rich.
The Wildcats gain Monmouth sophomore Abdi Bashir Jr., a 6-foot-7 sharpshooter from Omaha, Nebraska.
