The 6th annual Manhattan Chili Cook-off is on again Saturday November 4th. The event is organized by The Greater Manhattan Community Foundation’s Young Trustees, and features a line up of great tasting chili available to sample from 11am til 4pm. Each chili is created by a team that consists of a local non-profit paired with a local corporate sponsor. Once you have purchased your tasting kit, you’ll find 30+ different chili teams to sample from this year and you get to vote on which chili was is your favorite.

This year the chili cook off will take place outside of Rockin’ K’s at the Foundation building, in the parking lot and the grassy area nearby.

Ticket purchase gets you a tasting kit that allows you to hit the various servers and cast votes on which chili you liked the best. Get your tickets now, as prices will increase day of event. $5 of every ticket sold will be donated to the non-profit of your choice! In 2022, over $18,000 was raised and distributed to 31 non-profit organizations.

2019’s Chili Cookoff was held at Blue Earth Plaza.

Bring the whole family, all the kids’ activities are free and don’t require a ticket for the event. In addition, young kids get a free meal (while supplies last).
