It seems eight years isn’t enough for John Ford.
The incumbent District 1 Riley County commissioner officially filed for a third term on Monday. During an appearance Tuesday on Within Reason with Mike Matson on News Radio KMAN, Ford said there’s still some unfinished business he’d like to help resolve.
“I haven’t really sat back and thought about all the accomplishments and things that have happened in my time currently, because quite honestly I want to keep going,” Ford said. “… I think there’s some things that are still open that need to be solved and executed.”
