Kansas attorney general Kris Kobach earlier this week won a lawsuit in federal court blocking the Biden administration that would allow agricultural workers on visas the right to organize in a union.
The multi-state lawsuit accused the Department of Labor of exceeding its authority to grant foreign worker rights that US workers don’t have.
