A Denver man who had been previously arrested this week is back behind bars following his arrest for aggravated assault.
Lingle, who had already been arrested on Thursday morning for making threats towards an individual, was arrested again by RCPD on Friday afternoon just after 2 p.m. in the 600 block of S. Delaware Avenue.
Lingle has been charged with one count of aggravated assault with the use of a deadly weapon. The victim has been unidentified at this time, but RCPD public information officer Ashley Tokoi says that Friday’s arrest is unrelated to Thursday’s arrest for making criminal threats.
Officers booked Lingle into jail on a bond of $50,000 and he remains confined as of Saturday afternoon.
