The Riley County commission on Thursday agreed to rezone a property north of Manhattan to allow a landscaping business to move onto it.

Done Right Landscaping LLC will take over the plot at 6621 Tuttle Creek Boulevard after commissioners approved the request to rezone it from single-unit residential to a planned-unit development.

Justin Brock, the owner of Done Right Landscaping, said the rezoning would combine his residence and business and make getting to the job site more efficent. He also said the property satisfies both the county’s regulations and the company’s needs.
