The Clay County Hospital Foundation recently announced that it is just over $50,000 away from achieving its planned fundraising goal of $3.8 million.
This fundraising effort is to support the new expansion at Clay County Medical Center which is an ambitious project that includes the construction of a 6,765 square-foot addition, featuring a new mental health clinic.
The foundation has already sold out all sponsorable rooms in the new mental health clinic and clinic addition.
The foundation is also focused on raising an additional $300,000 to cover other essential equipment.
