Will Manhattanites soon be able to walk around with a beer during special events?
Manhattan city commissioners at Tuesday’s meeting will discuss possible approaches to adopting a common consumption area (CCA) ordinance.
A CCA allows a person to consume and possess an alcoholic beverage within the area and can include city property, sidewalks and streets.
