A Manhattan man was arrested Sunday evening on a warrant related to a domestic incident reported earlier this year.
Riley County Police say 25-year-old Keonte Concepcion-Summers was taken into custody around 7:01 p.m. Dec. 7 on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery. The warrant stems from a report filed in May 2025.
Concepcion-Summers was issued a total bond of $15,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
