A Manhattan man was arrested Thursday afternoon on multiple allegations stemming from reports filed earlier this year.

According to the Riley County Police Department, Austin Dean Carter, 29, was arrested around 4 p.m. in the 1800 block of Humboldt Street.

Carter was arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated assault, five counts of harassment by telecommunications device, two counts of criminal threat and one count of stalking. The allegations stem from reports originally filed in April.

Carter was booked into the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on a total bond of $12,000 and remained confined at the time of the report.
