Riley County Police Officers arrested a man over the weekend at the Casey’s General Store in Manhattan.
26-year-old Joel Antonino Fernandez of Manhattan was arrested around 11:11 pm Sunday at 329 Riley Avenue.
Fernandez was arrested on one count of possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic, or certain stimulant as well as one count of use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body.
Fernandez was issued a total bond of $1000. He was still confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of Monday’s report.
