20-year-old jailed without bond on court order violation

A Junction City man was arrested Wednesday morning on a Riley County warrant tied to a high-profile criminal case, according to authorities.

Alexander Quest Anderson, 20, of Junction City, was arrested at approximately 11:22 a.m. June 10, 2026, in the 600 block of South Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for violating a court order.

The arrest stems from original charges of aggravated robbery, aggravated battery and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Anderson was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
