Drive-thru chain 151 Coffee is set to open in Manhattan Dec. 1 at 900 North Third St. It specializes in blended energy drinks, smoothies, refreshers and, of course, coffee.
The Manhattan location also will include outdoor seating for customers.
Mark Wattles founded 151 Coffee in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2017. The chain has 12 established locations and four that are “coming soon” — all of which are in Texas and Kansas. The Lawrence location was its first in Kansas, and there’s a store planned to go up in Overland Park.
