
Two people were seriously injured in a Sunday crash on I-70 near Junction City.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says it happened just before 4:30 pm, about a mile east of the US-77 interchange. An eastbound SUV swerved to the right, striking an eastbound Toyota Prius, causing both vehicles to spin out. THE SUV rolled several times before coming to rest on all fours.
Two people in the SUV, from Lincoln, Nebraska, were transported to Stormont Vail-Flint Hills with serious injuries.
A Salina couple in the Prius, were also transported but had no serious injuries, according to the crash report.
